Delhi Public School, Fulbari reached the milestone as it registered itself as a part of CBSE family with the affiliation no 2430269.

12th April 2021 - The fourth academic session 2021-22 commenced from 12th April, 2021 with the student strength of 617 from classes Nursery to X.

16th and 17th April 2021 STUDENTS AND PARENTS SPEAK: TRIUMPH OF TOIL. The school initiated to hear from the students and parents about the online classes. It was an effort to conduct online classes effectively.

14th April 2021 Delhi Public School, Fulbari observes the 130th birth anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar and extends greetings to all. Students pay a genuine tribute to Dr Ambedkar by remembering his ideals, contributions and accomplishments in nation building.

30th April 2021 – Sit & Draw Competition -To explore the creative potentials of children a sit and draw competition was conducted on 30th April 2021. Students of classes I to VIII enthusiastically participated in the activity.

9th May, 2021 - Rabindra Jayanti CelebrationDPS, Fulbari observes the 160th birth anniversary of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore. To mark 25 Boisakh, the Dipsites paid rich tribute to Tagore by offering dance, singing songs, reciting poems from his repertoire.

14th May, 2021On the special occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitr, Delhi Public School Fulbari extends its warmest greetings to one and all.The Dipsites presented a moment of happiness and joy with their exuberant enactment of the festival of Eid in this unprecedented period.

22nd May, 2021 - Here's the healthy brunch menu brought to us from the little chefs kitchen.The children of classes Nur-ll of Delhi Public School, Fulbari enthusiastically participated in their 'Chef Day' activity which has developed their confidence and also increased their socio-economic skill. It was a fun filled activity which the children enjoyed a lot.

19th to 25th June 2021 - Summer Dun Activities Productive Ideas Funfilled Summer Activities - School's out Summer's in Let the usual stop and the fun begin. Hence the students of Classes I and II have come up with some intriguing ideas to spend their Summer Vacation productively and in a favourable manner.They wish to enjoy and have fun with their unique skills and hobbies because we all would agree that Summer Vacations should always end with good memories.

26th June 2021 Communication SkillsTo develop effective communication skills, the students of class prep of Delhi Public School, Fulbari have introduced themselves in the most beautiful and pleasant manner. Listening and speaking skills foster students' communication skills and should therefore be encouraged.

1st July 2021 - 𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒' 𝐃𝐀𝐘 Delhi Public School, Fulbari observes National Doctors' Day to honour their selfless services to the patients and their contributions in the worst of times. The school extends heartfelt gratitude to Dr Abhishek Biswas, Dr Diganta Sonowal and Dr Koushik Roy for joining the online show 'An Insight' and enlightening all of us with their valuable suggestions.

10th July 2021 – Monsoon Celebration It was a fun activity to celebrate Moonsoon. The students of Nursery and Prepratory enjoyed and participated with fun.

12th July, 2021 - Periodic Assessment-I The Periodic Assessment -I for the session 2021-22 was conducted in a halcyon manner, from 12th July to 19th July, 2021 through online mode. All the teachers experienced a sense of gratification looking at the broad picture of their students’ progress and achievement.

13th July 2021 Bhanu Jayanty - 𝟐𝟎𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐍𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢 𝐩𝐨𝐞𝐭 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚. DPS, Fulbari commemorates the legendary poet Aadikavi Bhanubhakta Acharya's 207th birth anniversary. The Dipsites pay a rich tribute by reciting his much acclaimed poems and his transcription of the Ramayana. They dedicate a soulful song too, and the presentation concludes with a mystical dance performance.

18th July uly 2021- Nursery Rhyme Activity The little scholar of Nursery at this time, are ready to chime and mime their favourite nursery rhyme. Let’s enjoy Friday fun with different voices this time .

20th July 2021 - Pleasure of Reading - As very rightly quoted by Stephen king- “Books are a uniquely portable magic.”To encourage our children to grow the habit of reading , Delhi Public School Fulbari is observing a reading week.We present to you snippets of our readers from Classes III to VIII. Hope you will like them.

25th July 2021 – Recitation by our little learners of Preparatory. Our little learners of Preparatory participated in recitation activities and they are very excited to make us hear them with confidence.

5th August 2021- Learning with Fun Our little learners of Delhi Public School, Fulbari have been introduced to the concept of English vowels - a, e, i, o, u through Finger Puppets activity which they enjoyed immensely. Learning becomes fun when we add a twist to it. They also enjoyed and relished their favourite monsoon fruit activity with dolphins, butterflies caterpillar, turtle which left us all startle.

7th August 2021- Singing Competition Classes 3-6 As rightly quoted by Rabindranath Tagore- “God respects me when I work, but he loves me when I sing.”A solo singing competition was held online for the first time at DPS Fulbari on the 7th August, 2021. The students of classes III to VI participated with full gusto.

14th August 2021- Plants & Plant product -As rightly said activity leads to productivity. The students of class 3A and 3B enthusiastically participated online in the activity related to plants and plant products. The activity not only enhanced their knowledge about plants but also helped to develop their fine motor skills. Children displayed their active participation and proved that learning can be fun.

8th August 2021- DPS Fulbari- Press-meet has been arranged in order to announce the CBSE affiliation upto Class 12.

15th August 2021- Independence Day Celebration Independence Day holds special significance in all our hearts. Delhi Public School, Fulbari celebrated the 75th Independence Day with the same zeal and ensured that the spirit of patriotism lives on.

19th August 2021- Experiential Learning It is very rightly said that happiness is a state of activity. The students of class IV joyfully participated in the activity on division. Their intrapersonal competence and critical thinking was enhanced through this exercise.

20th August 2021 – 30th 𝐍𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲. DPS, Fulbari marks the 30th Nepali Language National Recognition Day and extends the warmest wishes to all. To add value to the special day, Dr Raj Kumari Dahal, Associate Professor, Siliguri College joined us virtually as the guest speaker. This day was celebrated to inculcate in the children the love and respect for their mother tongue.

22nd august 2021 - Raksha Bandhan & World Sanskrit Diwas Celebration - World Sanskrit Diwas is also known as Vishvasamskritadinam. Sanskrit Diwas is celebrated to spread awareness, promote and revive the ancient Indian Language.The students of DPS ,Fulbari takes the initiative to promote this 3500 year old language. Raksha Bandhan is an age old festival , celebrated between brothers and sisters. It was initially established by Rabindranath Tagore during the partition of Bengal to instill the feeling of brotherhood. The Dipsites of Fulbari tried to potray the spirit of the festival through song , dance and various performances .

22nd August 2021- First Aid Box-Learning By Doing - Our scholars of Class V engaged in a class activity on ‘First Aid Box.’ They displayed their understanding of the concept and creativity by actively participating in the same.

29th August 2021 National Sports Day - DPS, Fulbari observes National Sports Day on 29 August to commemorate the birth anniversary of hockey wizard, Major Dhyan Chand, one of the best sportsmen ever to have graced the game of hockey. The Dipsites mark Rashtriya Khel Diwas by demonstrating their prowess in different forms of sports.

30th August 2021 - Janmashtami Celebration-Birthday's create enthusiasm amongst children. So, on the joyful occasion of Janmashtami, which marks the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna, the students of classes I and II celebrated the festival with warmth and ardour with their families. The enthused children look adorable dressed up as Lord Krishna as they depict the different phases of Lord Krishna's life embracing the butter eating scene and also playing Lord Krishna's divine instrument the flute. While the beautiful Radha's have twirled to the enchanting music of the flute. The children also share about the universal values that are a part of the occasion

5th September 2021 Teacher’s Day- DPS, Fulbari offers floral tribute to one of the most celebrated figures in the field of education, Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary. The ardent Dipsites of Fulbari extend their genuine gratitude with their thoughtful words and humble gesture to all the teachers for their impeccable contributions.Salute to all the TEACHERS for being the life of the world, architects of the nation and the beacon in the dark.

7th September 2021 – Experiential Learning - Mathematics is not just about numbers and operators. The scholars of Class VI participated in an activity on Fractions to demonstrate their enhancement in the same. Collaborative and Experiential Learning is an essential part of our curriculum and thus the zeal and dedication of the sixth graders proves that too.

14th September 2021 - Hindi Diwas -School celebrated Hindi Diwas on 14th September 2019. The event began with a prayer and pledge in Hindi. The mentors conducted seminar on Hindi Diwas for the students of class I-VIII. It was followed by a narration on how the Hindi language got recognized in the Indian constitution.

2nd October 2021 – Gandhi Jayanti & Shastri Jayanti DPS, Fulbari remembers Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri on their birth anniversaries. As a mark of respect, the school offers floral tribute to Bapuji. The Dipsites of Fulbari revered Gandhiji by participating in a special virtual presentation.

26th October 2021 -Inter DPS Quiz Competition – The students of classes VI to VIII for junior level and classes IX to X senior level participated in the Inter DPS, Quiz Competition organized by the DPS, Society.

3rd November 2021 Diwali Celebration - marks the victory of knowledge over ignorance,hence the students of Class I and II share their knowledge about Diwali through this video. During the online class,they dressed up in party clothes to feel festive and celebrated the festival by making paper lanterns and decorating diyas. The little scholars also speak about the harmful affects of bursting crackers and request everyone to have a happy and safe Diwali.

14th November 2021 –Happy Children’s -DPS, Fulbari marks the 132nd birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru by offering a floral tribute. The day is celebrated as Children's Day too, so the teachers initiated to make the day a special one for all the wonderful and lovable children.

1st December 2021 – World AIDS Day -DPS, Fulbari marks the World AIDS Day, and to raise awareness, the Dipsites of Fulbari highlighted on the urgent need to show support for the ones affected with HIV.

3rd December 2021- Story Telling Session"The most important in the world is the storyteller. The storyteller sets the vision, values and agenda of an entire generation that is to come." The best way to teach people is by telling a story. It increases children's willingness to communicate thoughts and feelings and encourages the use of imagination and creativity.

25th December 2021 – Christmas CelebrationDPS, Fulbari celebrates Christmas, one of the most wonderful and holiest festivals that helps in spreading bliss and happiness all over the world. The Dipsites of Fulbari observed the cultural festival ardently through beautiful presentations.

10th January 2021 –Go As You Like - This year the primary section conducted “go as you like it”, the theme being- “My favourite season” for Nursery “My favourite cartoon “ for Prep“Unity in Diversity “ for Class 1 and “Nature” for Class 2. The children with the assistance of their parents did a phenomenal job at the event. They were enthusiastic about dressing up for the event and spoke gleefully explaining why they chose the particular dress. The effort and hard work of the children and parents were highly praised.

12th January 2021- National Youth Day Swami Vivekananda has been an extensively celebrated figure in India in the modern times. Narendranath Dutta who is famously known as Swami Vivekananda was a monk, a believer of inter religious faith and a contributor to the idea of Indian Nationalism. Swami Vivekananda was born on January 12th 1863 which is now celebrated as National Youth Day.To commemorate the 159th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda , today at Delhi Public School, Fulbari, a floral tribute was offered by our Principal Ma'am Ms Monowara Ahmed followed by a virtual presentation.

23rd January 2021 Netaji Jayanti & Parakram - The 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose was observed by DPS Fulbari Family with admiration and patriotism. The Principal Ms Monowara Ahmed expressed reverence by garlanding his portrait. It was followed by a virtual presentation by the Dipsites of Fulbari to pay the great leader a tribute on his birthday, also known as Parakram Diwas.

26th January 2021 - Republic Day -With an overpowering sense of joy and pride, DPS, Fulbari honours the date - 26 January for its historical significance.To commence the celebration, the Tricolour was unfurled followed by the oration of our respected Principal. The celebration continued virtually with a myriad of cultural presentation by the exuberant Dipsites of Fulbari.

21st February 2021- International Mother Language Day – DPS, Fulbari observed International Mother Language Day. The students exhibited their language skills through dialogues, speech and poem.

28th February 2021 – National Science Day – DPS, Fulbari observed National Science Day 28th February 2022. To make the day meaningful one, the Dipsites showcase their scientific skills through demonstrations under the guidance of their teachers.

14th March 2021- 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏-𝟐𝟐. We feel proud to declare that our students of batch 2021-22 have graduated and have successfully crossed the milestone of kindergarten. This journey could not have been completed so smoothly without the solid support and cooperation of the parents and the entire team of Delhi Public School, Fulbari. Congratulations to all our little graduates.

23th March 2021 – PTM/Report Card Day -The Session 2021-2022 ended with a cheerful meet. The Mid Term Exam Report Card day and the Parent Teachers’ Meeting for the session academic session 2021-22 was held at the school for classes Nur to X. It was an interactive session. The teachers discussed the academic and non academic performance, progress and shortfalls about the students with their parents and guardians.

27th March 2021 - 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗕 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱, 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗶 was conferred with Dainik Jagran’s 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐊𝐓𝐈 𝐒𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐍, 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮, in an august ceremony by the 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗶𝗺 𝗦𝗿𝗶 𝗚𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗱 on 26th March at Siliguri. It is, indeed, a proud moment for all students, parents, teachers & staff of DPS Fulbari that our Principal ma’am has been accorded with this prestigious honour that recognise her invaluable contribution and untiring efforts for the school and all its stakeholders. Apart from the all above mentioned activities, we have implemented some special activities in our teaching process which will add more benefit to the students like.

Hybrid Learning Programme - To make a balance and requirements of learning of the children online and offline classes are merged where the extra time teaching –learning process have been continuing.

Career Counselling programme - Workshop and interactive session have been successfully conducted for the classes IX & X on the aspect of global career opportunity

Joyful learning - After two years of pandemic special activity based learning has been formed as joyful learning for the kids. So that they can come and enjoy their space of learning in the school premises.

Environmental Awareness Programme - “CARE FOR ENVIROMENT” with this slogan the school children have taken daily basis initiatives as their self responsibility towards the environment
